Frimley Park Hospital
As a large NHS Foundation Trust, Frimley's needs are wide and varied, but they know they can trust us with any brief – as demonstrated below; with ACW having been involved in everything from public consultation, literature design and production to interactive programme guides and support materials.
We chose ACW because they had experience when it came to dealing with the public sector and seemed to be able to offer us an innovative product at good value. It proved to be a very good choice. ACW were helpful, professional and creative resulting in a really excellent annual report, delivered on time and on budget.
James Taylor, Communications Director – Frimley Park NHS Foundation Trust
ACW worked with us to design and deliver a brand that reflected innovation, change and people centred, all fundamental elements of our ‘Leadership Development Framework’. Their response was fast, professional and always customer focused, we are thrilled with the final result which has become synonymous with leadership development.

Report & Accounts
The Frimley communications team asked us to produce something really special for their first proper Report & Accounts. We pulled out all the stops and helped them formulate a content strategy, then produced copy and created the accompanying quirky illustrations. We suggested using an unusual format instead of A4, which the team agreed with enthusiasm.
The result was an effective annual report that worked hard to promote the Trust, not just tick a box. It combined effective design and content to provide something of value both to the Trust’s staff and members but also the wider community. Frimley Park Trust was delighted.
Leadership Development Programme
Frimley Park Hospital are a forward-thinking Foundation Trust that realised to achieve their organisational goals and improve the quality of services they needed to implement an organisation-wide approach to their strategy for staff training.
To launch their new Leadership Development Framework we were asked to design secondary branding and apply to a range of supporting materials. Inspiring leaders was the theme and the initial programme guide had to be similarly innovative to provoke interest and obtain acceptance from staff.
We devised a unique, pop-up leaflet that clearly communicated the six programmes using distinctive icons and colourways. Following on from the response to the eye-catching Programme Guide and to maintain the professional look in presentations & training, we produced a matching range of Powerpoint Templates, Notebooks and Course Folders.
The Learning and Development team are delighted with the positive responses the innovative guide and supporting materials have generated.
